Contact our technical support team via the official website or email with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Technical Assessment
For hardware returns, our engineers may request photos or videos of the print quality or component error to determine if a remote calibration fix is possible.
Packaging and Shipment
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging including all accessories; we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving your return, our warehouse will inspect the items for completeness and process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
